    Length: 10 weeks (closed cohort)

    Group size: 6-10 participants

    Homework:15-25 minutes/week

    • Each meeting we learn one theoretical concept of Self-Analysis

    • Then, we apply a repeatable incident worksheet to one real situation from your week

    • Group asks clarifying questions, reflects, formulates possible pattern hypotheses

    • We discuss one small experiment for the week ahead.

  • Curious, reasonably stable adults who want a disciplined method for self-observation and behavior change.

    Good fit if you want to understand and change patterns like:

    people-pleasing, perfectionism, avoidance, shame spirals, overcontrol, recurring relationship loops.

  • This format is not a fit if you’re currently in:

    - acute crisis or inability to stay safe between sessions

    - unmanaged bipolar/psychosis symptoms

    - active addiction

    - a domestic violence situation where group disclosure could increase danger

    - dissociation or trauma destabilization

  • 1) Fill out the intake form

    2) Book a 10–15 minute screening call

    3) If accepted: confirm, complete payment, and sign the group agreement

    4) Attend Session 1 with the first reading assignment

Is this therapy?

No. This is a structured psychoeducation and reflective practice group.


Can I join if I’m already in individual therapy?

Often yes, if you’re stable and your therapist agrees it’s appropriate.


What about confidentiality?

It is required. But in a group, it cannot be guaranteed what other members do.

You control what you share. The risk is reduced through clear rules, time limits, and a screening process.


Can members contact each other between sessions?

Logistics-only contact is fine. No private “processing” or side-coaching outside the group.


What if I miss a session?

The cohort is prepaid. You’ll get the worksheet and reading, but the session is not repeated.


Do I need to read the whole book?

No. Read the assigned chapters. The sessions are practice-focused.
